Our cosy holiday home is situated on a spacious plot of land, where our own house is also located.  Here you can hear the babbling of the small river Wappach or look out at the trees and mountains. You can simply enjoy the peace and quiet. With the guest card, most buses and trains in the Berchtesgadener Land are free of charge. You can also travel to Salzburg free of charge with the BRB train or the Postbus.

Our house is located in Bayerisch Gmain, a small, quiet village with a good location. From here you can go on numerous hikes and bike tours of varying length and duration. The Bayerisch Gmain train station, a bus stop, a children's playground, the hiking centre and a supermarket are all within 5 minutes' walking distance. Nearby excursion destinations such as the Alpine town of Bad Reichenhall, Berchtesgaden, the Mozart city of Salzburg, Lake Chiemsee, Lake Königssee are no problem from here.

We completely renovated and furnished the holiday home in 2022. Afterwards, we, a family with 3 children, lived in it ourselves for a few months and experienced how beautiful it is!
